Jon Henley - Principal Dentist

Jon qualified from Newcastle Dental Hospital in 1992, his main area of interest is in Advanced Restorative Dentistry, for which he accepts referrals from around the region. Jon’s clinical passion is the treatment of worn teeth, and he has trained globally regarding this subject at various study centres, including the Spear Institute in Arizona and at the world-renowned Geneva Smile Clinic, amongst others. Jon also has an interest in cosmetic dental procedures such as whitening, orthodontic aligners, composite bonding, veneers and crowns.

Jon is Darlington-born and has worked at the practice for 30 years now. Outside of work, Jon is a keen cyclist, hiker and runner and has a season ticket for his football team.
