Dental implants

Thank you to Anna for my recent wisdom tooth extraction. I was so worried about visiting a dentist after 8 years after only negative experiences in the past but Anna is great with nervous patients and took her time when I needed an extraction and put me at ease and made sure I was feeling ok before I left. 100% professional and top service.

Have had a few appointments for a basic checkup and whitening with Hitesh, couldn’t recommend him highly enough. It’s very well organised surgery, really happy with the service.

Thank you for taking us under your practice's wing. Joined very recently and delighted with our assessments and cleaning. Husband had a broken tooth whilst our dentist was on holiday but he was seen quickly by another member of the team it was expertly repaired.

I was seen quickly and efficiently, my treatment explained to me and I was reassured and anything I wasn't sure about was explained to me. Nothing is too much for anyone here. After having horrible toothache for 5 months my NHS dentist couldn't find anything wrong. Jon agreed to see me, then suggested a CT scan with Sagi, who, after the scan found an abscess on my tooth which he then immediately extracted, resulting in me being pain free at last! I am beyond grateful as you can imagine! The receptionists are lovely but Jon and Sagi are absolutely the best dentists! My dentist, Anna Goundry, and technician Ruth are a first class team - very knowledgeable, skilled and caring, with good explanations about work being carried out while treatment is in progress. Reception staff are also brilliant and extremely efficient and courteous. We're lucky to have such a professional dental practice in town.

Just had an appointment for root canal treatment with Dr Shavit and his nurse Carrie. He solved my problem promptly and within one appointment, the procedure was comfortable and pain free and I was very well looked after. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Cleveland Terrace and be one of their patients. It is a first rate dental practice. The reception team are very knowledgeable and polite. They take good care of me. I always get a well in advance text message reminder for my appointments. Dr Jon Henley is known for his abilities in treating complex cases and taking on these referrals from other dentists. He has an excellent and well deserved reputation as the dentists' dentist. You really feel in the best of hands with him no job is too small or big. Dr Sagi Shavit is the man when it comes to root canals. I realised this the instant I walked in to his surgery it has all the best kit and what a comfy dental chair. Sagi knows his stuff and is without a doubt one of the most gentle, kind and nice dentists you'll ever meet. Overall a great practice with great people!!!!!

Have visited practice 3 times in last year first time reluctantly because of tooth ache , very very nervous post covid about going . Reception staff very friendly and professional . very professional practice all the staff very friendly. 4 years when i came to the practice I saw Dr jon and after he checked my teeth he transferred me to Dr Sagi Shavit for root canal I have been seeing Dr Sagi for almost 4 years and every time I come he welcome me with a big smile on his face and always there is somethingto to talk about with laugh. so I really recommend this practice I have been to few practice before but never been treated the same way ever before. thank you Sagi and Jon and everyone at your practice you're the best guys

Really excellent service by Dr Sagi Shavit. I've been coming here for at least 5 years, and the service is second to none. I had a root canal fracture which unfortunately could not be saved. Sagi arranged for me to have dental implants, which were highly successful. Best service by a mile - I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. Absolutely the best available.
